Melusae perfume is a project of Studio Maab, born from a desire to explore scent as a medium and cultivate feeling that extends beyond the visual realm.
Melusae begins with a question: How to envelop another in the feeling of stepping into a temple filled with the scent of lingering resinous incense, lit with beeswax candles, sheer curtains fluttering over carved stone walls adorned with seashell offerings, and a bath of enchanted water holding the blessings of thousands of priestesses past? How can I create it when I cannot build it?
